Preparation
For repaints, remove any loose or flaking paint and thoroughly clean all surfaces with sugar soap. Start with one coat of Primer Undercoat on the walls, ceiling, window frames, doors and trim.
Preparation
If repainting any surfaces previously painted with oil base enamel, give it light sand, wipe, apply Gloss Off or Zinsser Smart Prime first.
Ceilings
Apply 2 coats of Ceiling White to the ceiling (tintable to off-white colours, but untinted is most common).
Walls
Apply 2 coats of wall paint, Eco Living Interior (for a low sheen finish that is scrubbable), or Tuscan Flat (for a flat, Mediterranean look).
Trims
Apply 2 coats of Econamel (satin or gloss) to window frames, doors & trim (e.g. skirting boards, architraves).
